The APAC Marketing team is focused on driving business growth through close collaboration with regional marketing and sales teams to create impactful marketing programs.
We are now looking for an APAC Partner Marketing Manager, and you will focus on the overall partner marketing program focusing on optimising the Axis partner experience for our channel partners, distributors, technology partners, and consultants.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong execution skills, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy executing partner-centric marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
This is an individual contributor role but requires an experienced professional who can work within cross-functional teams and field marketing teams in APAC to deliver programs and campaigns that drive results.

What you'll do:
- APAC Partner Marketing Strategy: Set the APAC partner marketing strategy and priorities, aligned with regional business needs. Act as the main consultant for field marketing teams.
- Global Partner Marketing: Represent APAC in global projects, ensuring regional needs are considered and global programs are tailored for the region. Act as the APAC voice and influencer in global partner marketing initiatives. Attend Global CPP Summit to represent APAC marketing voice. Act as the champion for continuous improvement.
- Partner Events: Organize APAC-level events and conferences, working with field teams and supporting partner recruitment for specific events.
- Partner Marketing: Manage APAC-level partner marketing campaigns targeting partners, distributors, technology partners. Ensure we have a right mix of Marketing To, Through and With partners.
- Partner QBRs: Attend partner QBRs to understand partner landscape and shape partner marketing program aligned with regional needs and development.
- KPI Management: Set, track, and report KPIs for the Channel Partner Program, ensuring marketing activities contribute to partner success.
- Partner Feedback & Insights: Regularly gather feedback from partners on marketing initiatives, sales tools, and support, and use this to create actionable plans, improve programs and strategies
Who are we looking for/Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in IT or security industries.
- 5+ years managing channel partner marketing programs at a managerial level.
- B2B marketing experience in technology, IT, or security sectors.
- Strong skills in project management, digital marketing, and demand generation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred).
- Experience working with regional and global teams.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Skilled at delivering effective presentations to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership, collaboration and creative problem-solving skills.
