Position Summary
As the Partner Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our partners to achieve their goals and maximize their potential within our ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing and executing enablement programs, providing training, and fostering strong relationships with partners to ensure mutual success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Enablement Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive enablement programs tailored to the needs of our partners, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
- Training and Workshops: Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate partners on our products, services, and best practices.
- Resource Development: Create and maintain enablement materials such as playbooks, presentations, and digital content that partners can easily access and utilize.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from partners to continually refine and improve enablement initiatives, ensuring they meet evolving needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and provide partners with the tools and resources necessary for success.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze partner performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- 3-5 years of experience in partner enablement, channel management, or a related role;
- Strong understanding of software product industry and partner dynamics;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration;
- Proficiency in using CRM and enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
