At Preply, our Paid Marketing team sits at the forefront of growth and customer acquisition, playing a pivotal role in scaling our global presence. We’re a data-driven, performance-focused unit that leverages advanced targeting, automation, and experimentation to connect millions of learners with the right tutors.
You’ll be joining a high-impact team that collaborates cross-functionally with Product & Tech, Data teams, Branding, and more, to deliver full-funnel marketing strategies. Our team thrives on continuous learning, rapid iteration, and measurable outcomes. We operate with agility, test relentlessly, and optimize campaigns in real time to maximize ROI.

What you’ll be doing:
- Campaign management & optimization: Manage daily campaign performance on Social Paid channels, including bid adjustments, budget pacing, account structuring, audience segmentation, creative testing (including A/B testing), tracking and attribution accuracy using UTMs/pixels/MMPs; using data-driven insight to grow channel volumes and optimize efficiency (ROAS).
- Content creation: Oversee the creation of quality content at scale, tailored for social media platforms (text, image, video); liaising with brand and creative team. Monitor TikTok trends, best practices and competitors to ensure we remain competitive.
- Automation & AI Integration: Leverage AI-powered tools for creative ideation, copywriting, and audience segmentation to drive efficiency; Identify automation opportunities for budget management, bid adjustments, and reporting; Stay updated with emerging AI-driven marketing technologies and pilot new tools where applicable.
- Analytics & Performance Reporting: Create and present performance reports (weekly/ monthly) with actionable insights for stakeholders (manager, leadership team, peers); by analyzing campaign data as well as the online environment to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with other internal teams (paid marketing, CRM, data teams, product, tech, branding, finance, etc.) to ensure business growth and operational excellence.
- Partner management: Partner with external stakeholders, agency and platform reps (eg. TikTok, Meta) to stay ahead of market best practices, latest tools and trends.
What you need to succeed:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in paid social media marketing (Meta, TikTok, other) campaign management in a performance-driven role, for high-growth and/or marketplace companies.
- Excellent knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads/Business Manager, etc.) as well as other marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Adjust, Smartly).
- Strong understanding of marketing tech (conversion tracking, data sources, events and audiences creation, attribution models).
- Strong understanding about content creation, both from qualitative aspects (brand, concept briefing, adaptation, resizing, localization) and quantitative (AI creation and scaling, key metrics monitoring and optimization).
- Experience with AI tools for content creation and process automation is a strong plus.
- Strong creative testing experience - track record of successfully scaling ad creatives with structured approach.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- Strong data presentation skills and tools knowledge eg. (MS office, Looker, etc.)
- Ability to manage stakeholders, across both internal teams and external partners.
- A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric approach and curiosity about the Education and online Learning industry.
