About the role
At TravelPerk, we’re on a mission to make business travel work better for everyone. With $250M+ in ARR and thousands of customers around the world, we’ve proven the demand. Now we’re investing in the engine that keeps it going — and growing.
We’ve created a brand-new role: Senior Director of Growth Marketing. Reporting into our VP of Marketing, you’ll lead our digital, field, and partner marketing teams. And most importantly, you’ll own pipeline generation across our global markets.

What you’ll be doing Strategy & Leadership
- Set and deliver bold, growth-focused marketing strategies that align with company goals and directly drive pipeline and revenue.
- Lead, motivate, and grow a world-class team across Digital (SEO/Organic, Paid Search/Media), Field, and Partner Marketing—bringing energy, clarity, and purpose to their work.
- Define ambitious OKRs and build a high-performance, data-driven culture centered on ownership, experimentation, and constant improvement.
- Take full ownership of pipeline forecasting, tracking progress against quarterly and annual targets, and ensuring marketing is always driving the business forward.
Execution & Optimisation
- Own the strategy and performance of our digital, field, and partner marketing programs across key global markets.
- Lead the charge on customer acquisition through paid, organic, and SEO channels - working closely with internal experts and agency partners.
- Launch and refine multi-channel campaigns that reach the right audience, at the right time, through the right mix of paid, owned, and earned media.
- Continuously optimise marketing performance through rigorous A/B testing, experimentation, and a mindset of curiosity and iteration.
- Stay plugged into the latest in B2B SaaS marketing - keeping ahead of trends, tools, and tactics to ensure we’re always raising the bar.
Collaboration & Alignment
- Be the marketing lead on pipeline - partnering closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment and unlock new revenue opportunities.
- Work hand-in-hand with the SDR team to streamline lead handoffs and maximise pipeline conversion.
- Partner with Sales, Country Managers, and Partner Managers to go after key accounts and accelerate deal velocity, including through Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plays.
- Build strong relationships with partners to design and deliver standout co-marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate across marketing teams - from brand to integrated marketing and marketing ops - to shape channel strategy and execute high-impact, integrated campaigns.
Data & Analytics
- Build strong reporting frameworks to track performance, drive insights, and make informed, agile decisions.
- Take ownership of pipeline performance reporting, working with analytics and revenue ops teams to improve attribution, forecast the funnel, and prove the impact of marketing.
- Share regular updates and actionable insights with leadership - using data to refine strategy and keep everyone aligned on what’s working and what’s next.
What we’re looking for
Experience
- 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong focus on growth and demand generation.
- A proven history of building and scaling high-performing marketing functions that deliver meaningful pipeline and revenue impact.
- Deep expertise in paid and organic growth channels.
- A data-obsessed mindset, with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics and a track record of making informed, performance-driven decisions.
- Bonus points for experience leading Field and Partner Marketing teams in high-growth environments.

Our Vision is for a world where TravelPerk is the platform for human connection in real life (IRL). We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in person 3 days a week. For roles in Customer Care, this can be up to 5 days per week in the office. As such, this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, and creativity, ultimately making us a great workplace.
