Guide and assist clients through all phases of project implementations of Oracle Cloud Procurement, Product Data Hub, Order Management applications.
Define client business requirements and design system solutions for Procurement, Product Data Hub, Order Management applications.
Assist with system validation, go-live preparation, and support.
Collaborate with project teams and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions.
Refine customer requirements in detail and document them for client approval.
Load data conversions through the FBDI process.
Write specifications for conversions, integrations, modifications, and reports.
Identify and apply creative approaches to resolve implementation and integration obstacles.
Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements and enhancements.
Develop unit test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with clients.
Work with Oracle to resolve service requests.
Lead and direct phases of the system life cycle including business requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, and development of solutions.
