Based in Nextracker’s office in Madrid, Spain, the Oracle OTM Implementation Specialist will:
- Manage and implement Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure OTM modules such as Order Management, Shipment Planning, Freight Settlement, Fleet Management, among others.
- Design and implement integrations with other enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, and external TMS.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional OTM solutions.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements for OTM applications.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance
Basic Qualifications & requirements
- 5+ years of experience in OTM implementation and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of OTM architecture, workflows, and business process configurations.
- Experience in OTM Cloud and/or On-Premise deployments.
- Proficiency in SQL, XML, Web Services, and Oracle integration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management is a plus.
- B2/C1 English level

- Capacity to work on multiple projects and meet various deadlines.
- Aptitude for learning new/different processes within the company to better understand
- Strong desire for teamwork and working in group settings
- Attention to detail and a basic understanding of aesthetics is essential
- Capable and willing to solve logic-based problems independently and accurately
- Passionate and focus on delivering solution to internal and external customers.
