Responsabilitati
Proceseaza informatiile clientului in conformitate cu instructiunile de lucru:

  • Identifica in documentele digitale ale clientului informatia cautata si indexeaza manual

  • Categorizeaza documentele conform cerintelor

  • Valideaza referintele indetificate automat de catre sistemul de operare, confruntand cu instructiunile pentru corectitudine

Este responsabil de managementul zilnic al documentelor digitale conform instructiunilor primite:

  • Se asigura ca primeste si livreaza clientului numarul corect de documente, conform raportului de scanare primit

  • Semnaleaza catre managerul direct orice discrepanta in acest sens

  • Raporteaza la sfarsit de zi incheierea procesului

  • Semnaleaza din timp managerului direct orice dificultate tehnica ce ar putea impacta buna finalizare a procesului

Este responsabil de respectarea termenilor de livrare agreate cu clientul si atrage atenția managerului asupra unor posibile eșecuri legate de timpul de livrare.
Se asigura de mentinerea cerintelor de calitate agreate de companie cu clientul si atrage atenția managerului de echipa/proiect asupra exceptiilor de la reguli.
La nevoie, ofera suport si ghideaza colegii in timpul procesului de training, atata vreme cat detine cunostintele necesare despre procesul predat.
Lucrează în mod activ în direcția atingerii obiectivelor stabilite , atât a celor individuale, cât și a celor la nivel de companie.
