About the RoleAs a member of Gap’s Ecommerce Analytics Product Management team, responsible for articulating user needs, pain points, user impact, and desired outcomes for Gap’s Tag Management Tool. Responsible for building and maintaining a roadmap and prioritizing a backlog of work items for Ecommerce tagging initiatives. Develop project plans and key stake holder engagement strategy on tagging initiatives. Build relationships with key business partners and other brand stakeholders. Articulate product needs clearly and succinctly to different audiences and cross functional partners. Identify dependencies with other strategic initiatives and report findings to managers/leadership. Influence product managers to incorporate dependent features into roadmaps. Develop in-depth knowledge of industry trends and standards to introduce continual process, tool and methodology improvements. Identifies, measures, and interprets results to validate product strategy. Provide research, analysis, and support for identifying, evaluating, and resolving strategic ecommerce analytics/data collection opportunities to leadership.
Salary Range: $157,373 - $162,373
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.What You'll Do

1. Experience as a Product Manager in ecommerce/retail background;

2. Experience in Advanced Analytics, working closely with a Data & Analytics team daily as the main product stakeholder team;

3. Experience in managing 3rd party vendor relationships, working closely with a vendor to manage day to day operations, roadmap collaboration to meet business requirements, and vendor hours/usage;

4. End-to-end delivery from inception to deployment, alongside a scrum team of a technology product;

5. Experience building a product roadmap and ability to execute on delivering roadmap capabilities through typical Agile DevOps model;

6. Proficient in SQL, leveraged to trouble shoot data issues regularly, as owner of data quality for product;

7. Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and PowerBI, used daily to facilitate Agile scrum team ceremonies and ways of working as a Product Manager;

8. Experience working in an Agile DevOps model for roadmap delivery with technical team; and

9. Experience in end user engagement including change management for the introduction of new functionality and communicating issue impacts and status updates.

Who You Are

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Business, Mathematics or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
