To join our team as an Operations Supervisor. You will lead teams who ensure smooth operations of program and business processes to deliver projects and programs to clients. Operations roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although operations staff will often have direct client contact.

Oversee operations team by directly supervising entry-level staff responsible for tasks and processes including, but not limited to:

  • Coordination and communication

  • Delivery and quality assurance with adherence to program guidelines

  • Project and/or process management

  • Data Management for Program Support, Field Support, & Business - Development Support

  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus

  • Experience using Microsoft Office is a plus
