We are seeking a full-time, remote Manager of Clinical Operations. In this role, you will manage and support team leads responsible for overseeing our full-time providers, ensuring effective daily clinical and administrative operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Clinical Operations, you will play a critical role in fostering collaboration and enhancing the performance of our team leads, ultimately strengthening our full-time provider network.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, onboard, and support team lead managing full-time therapists, ensuring effective, data-driven care delivery across Spring Health’s nationwide network.
- Facilitate training and professional development for team leads, focusing on leadership skills and data interpretation to enhance clinical decision-making.
- Conduct 1:1s, case consultations, and team meetings to address challenges and support team leads through data-informed, evidence-based strategies.
- Promote high-quality care by analyzing performance metrics to drive member satisfaction and positive clinical outcomes.
- Cultivate a collaborative community that empowers team leads and supports their growth within the organization.
- Monitor and optimize team performance by tracking workload, productivity, and clinical quality, adjusting strategies based on data trends.
- Serve as a thought partner in the strategic expansion of our therapist team, using data to guide growth and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve clinical support, services, and programs, leveraging data to drive enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with Spring Health policies, maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
What we expect from you:
- Must be physically located in the US with full US licensure. Supervisory experience/license is a plus
- Masters-level clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc) or licensed psychologist firmly required.
- Has 2+ years of experience managing clinicians, demonstrating strong leadership in clinical settings.
- Brings 5+ years of clinical care experience, with a commitment to high-quality, precise mental healthcare.
- Demonstrates strong communication and collaboration skills, fostering clear and effective team interactions.
- Excels in establishing processes and creating clear, concise documentation to support clinical and operational workflows.
- Possesses a solid foundation in multicultural and ethical standards of practice, ensuring inclusive and compliant care.
- Has experience with data analysis, research, or start-up environments, which is an asset vital in this dynamic role.
- Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Experience in providing feedback to enhance clinical tools, testing clinical products, and/or developing educational content or courses to support effective practice.
- Familiarity with clinical metrics and assessments (PhQ9, GAD7, AUDIT, etc)
The target base salary range for this position is $97,325 - $114,500, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
