About the Role
As the Operations Project Manager, you are responsible for executing key projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Your goal is to elevate the Operations Department, consisting of Sales & Operations Planning, Supply Chain, and Order Management teams, to best-in-class performance. You will lead projects to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and support business growth in areas ranging from forecasting and inventory allocation to sales order intake, manufacturing, and logistics. You will have high visibility to several key stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
What You Will Do
- Lead ideation sessions with stakeholders to identify and prioritize a project pipeline that supports business goals and growth targets
- Identify opportunities for process and system enhancements, providing actionable recommendations to improve operations efficiency and effectiveness
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements (both internal/external) to achieve deliverables
- Submit a Business Requirements Document (BRD) to outline a cost-benefit analysis for securing any necessary budget
- Outline communication plan to gain organizational alignment and keep all stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and resource allocation
- Plan and lead change management efforts to ensure successful and sustained project results
- Document project deliverables and capture lessons learned
- Build a suite of project management tools and templates to enhance PMO efficiency.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in operations or business administration-related field.
- 5+ years of experience directly managing operations-focused cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills including internal (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) and external (Customers, Suppliers) partners
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software (Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)
What is Nice to Have
- Demonstrated knowledge of Lean, 5S, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, Value Stream and Process Mapping
- Project Management Professional (PMP), or comparable certification
- Knowledge of SAP ERP / MRP system is highly preferred.
- Fast-moving consumer goods experience is a plus.

Salary Ranges:
$ 113,250 - $ 166,100
