The Opportunity That Awaits You
The Senior Project Manager, Operations responsible for all aspects of the digital transformation of manufacturing operations as well as leadingother operations-centric projects requiring coordination with other business units and departments at PROCEPT BioRobotics.
What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve
- Develop project plans and budgets
- Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners
- Track project progress and performance
- Support the success of project status updates with focus on critical path items, new and updated risks, and mitigation plans.
- Communicate with stakeholders and keeping them informed of project developments
- Be prepared for and support urgent projects related to continuity of supply stemming from product quality issues, supply chain disruption etc., and to be able to assess and communicate impact on active projects.
- Develop and share Smartsheet, Tableau or similar reports with the goal to increase transparency and improve efficiency.
- Maintain current KPIs for Operations and Quality teams and create new KPIs due to their subject matter expertise.
- May occasionally need to travel 25% domestically and internationally for business.
The Qualifications We Need You to Possess
- BS or MS degree, preferably in Engineering
- 7+ years of progressive experience in medical device manufacturing operations or related regulated industry
- 5+ years project management experience
- Experience with enterprise software implementation projects for manufacturing, quality and supply chain.
- Experience working in a structured design process such as ISO 13485 or FDA QSR, knowledge of regulatory approval process and requirements
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a small, fast-paced company.
- Ability to balance firsthand detailed tasks and project management/planning functions.
- Strong written and oral communication skills as they require conveying advanced information and persuading several diverse stakeholders/audiences.
- Ability to use conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and implications.
- Strong people skills.
- Ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders.

For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $140,000-$154,000 per year.
Plus, eligibility for an annual bonus and equity/RSUs.

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY
Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
We’ll provide you training for, and ask you to maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance. We would also ask you to understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS policies.
