Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the plant.
Reviews the KPI's achievements daily, weekly, monthly and annually.
Is responsible for plant efficiency and plant productivity.
Check that the products are manufactured according the procedures and methods defined by Engineering and the guidelines and requirements of the customers, as well as the quality system of IATF 16949.
Determines manpower needs, labor efficiency, continuous improvement and costs reduction.
Implements continuously techniques and tools of Lean Manufacturing.
Follows up the delivery on time our products with the required quality expected by our customers.
Controls and checks inventories of manufactured products.
Manage and develop the staff in charge, by defining the objectives, performance evaluation and feedback, identifying training needs.
Responsibility and authority to comply with the requirements of the client, in terms of product quality and fulfillment of deliveries.
Qualifications:
BA in Engineering and / or MBA
More than 5 years of direct factory supervision within the automotive industry (as preference)
Personal management, automotive sector knowledge or manufacturing industry, continuous improvement, Rubber injection, lean manufacturing application, production programation.
