What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage calendars for team leaders, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare, edit, and maintain team documents, presentations, and reports
- Monitors and organizes executive emails in terms of urgency and priority.
- Prepares letters, memos, presentations, reports, minutes of meetings, and other correspondences.
- Manages information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring completion of follow-ups.
- Conducts data research for executive reports as required.
- Assists in the execution of a varying range of projects and tasks
- Other duties may be assigned
Who You Are:
- Minimum 3 years in a professional/corporate environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an assistant in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent organization
- Customer service oriented with a professional manner
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Acute Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
