NWE Senior Sales Specialist - Greenlake

  

This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Datacenters has followed the same path towards ‘as a service’ or Cloud models. That goes for businesses too. HPE Greenlake allows Customers to Automate, Operate and Manage in their Private cloud environment based on consumption model. 

We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Sales Specialist – GreenLake to focus on breakthrough opportunities within the top four accounts in the NWE region. This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic mindset, strong technical knowledge, and exceptional sales expertise to drive business transformation for our key customers. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Account Engagement: Drive GreenLake adoption in the top four accounts across Northern Western Europe, building and executing tailored sales strategies to achieve breakthrough results. 

  • Customer IT Roadmap Alignment: Collaborate with customers to align HPE GreenLake solutions with their IT roadmaps and business goals, demonstrating value at every stage. 

  • Hybrid Cloud Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of private, public, and hybrid cloud environments to craft customized GreenLake solutions that address customer challenges. 

  • Outcome-Based Selling: Use business outcome selling techniques to articulate how GreenLake delivers measurable value, focusing on customer-specific objectives. 

  • Business Case Development: Develop and present compelling business cases, including ROI analysis, to secure buy-in from C-level executives and key decision-makers. 

  • Closing Deals: Maintain a hunter mindset, with a strong focus on deal closure and achieving aggressive sales targets. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal technical, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and solution delivery. 

 

Mandatory Requirements: 

  • IT Roadmap Experience: Proven ability to engage with enterprise customers on long-term IT strategy and transformation projects. 

  • Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of private, public, and hybrid cloud solutions, with the ability to position GreenLake effectively in these environments. 

  • Sales Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record of success in enterprise IT sales. 

  • Outcome Selling Skills: Demonstrated ability to sell based on business outcomes, linking technology solutions to customer-specific goals. 

  • Business Case Skills: Expertise in developing and presenting comprehensive business cases, including financial and operational justifications. 

  • Hunter/Closing Mindset: Proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong focus on identifying opportunities and closing deals. 

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written). 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience selling as-a-service or consumption-based solutions. 

  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems and emerging trends. 

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence and build trust with senior executives.
