How You'll Make an Impact

Develop and oversee leadership training initiatives to improve performance and engagement.

Implement tiered leadership training programs, incorporating best practices.

Create and integrate training materials into the LMS, establishing a Train the Trainer program.

Enhance the DDI trainer certification process and create a pool of trainers.

Serve as a qualified trainer for leadership programs.

Partner with HR and Training & Development teams to enhance onboarding programs.

Track, review, and analyze training KPIs to continuously improve program outcomes.

Oversee the management of training resources, including people, tools, and equipment.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
-
Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Minumum 10 years of relevant experience in leadership and people management.

Hands-on experience with servant leadership principles.

Proven ability to drive organizational transformation.

Expertise in designing and organizing leadership training programs.

Proficiency with multi-media training software.
