We are now looking for an experienced .NET Engineer with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging outsourced projects.
As a .NET Engineer, you will work as an expert across Banking Application implementation projects. You will have the opportunity to work close to our clients, in order to understand their requirements and to translate them to functional specifications.
Responsibilities In This Role:
- Participate in full software development lifecycle of an IT project.
- Design server-side architecture.
- Apply existing standards for programming, naming, security & performance and provide proper code documentation.
- Write clean, scalable code.
- Test and deploy applications and systems.
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
- Improve existing software.
- Act as technical consultant for the client.
- Degree in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines.
- Experience with C# (.NET Framework 4.5 and above, NET6 and above.
- Knowledge of API practices (RESTful), dependency injection
- Strong object-oriented design and development skills
- Familiarity with database technology such as MS SQL
- Familiarity with IIS web server.
- Experience using Git framework for version control.
- A degree of experience with Nuget Packages
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a distributed team adhering to strict deadlines and challenging targets
- Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Willingness to learn
- Proven experience of at least 4+ years of implementation in any of the above
- Fulfilled military services obligations (if applicable)
Nice to have:
- Experience with automated testing (Gherkin, SpecFlow)
- Ability to communicate & cooperate efficiently with remotely located co-workers using collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Slack)
- Analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities
- Experience from the banking and financial industry
