Summary:
The National Key Account Manager (NAM) is an experienced business professional with a demonstrated ability to proactively create, cultivate, and enhance relationships with current and potential dealers and key contacts. The NAM reports to the Vice President, Key Accounts, and will manage a group of strategic dealers (key accounts). The NAM will also foster close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the growth of the key accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Establish champions at each Key Account and develop stakeholder relationships to grow Recurring Monthly Revenue and HW sales. Relationships focused on SVPs, AVPs, and National Account Managers at the Key Accounts
- Guide field level Sales on prioritization for branch level engagement and share local contacts from Corporate
- Create and execute on a Joint Business Plan with each Key Account with agreed to growth targets and measurements for success
- Prioritize and justify marketing investment with prioritized Key Accounts with a business case for ROI
- Execute QBRs with each Key Account to measure success and growth
- Ensure that the Brivo regional sales plans are aligned with and support the key account goals and correct deficiencies where necessary
- Participate in POD calls as needed for updates regarding Key Accounts
- Be a role model for the company culture
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of direct sales experience preferably within the security industry, SaaS, software sales, or information security specifically working with Executive level/C-suite level relationships
- Demonstrated track record of success in meeting assigned sales quotas consistently
- Demonstrated track record of growing large partnerships for consistent Y/Y growth
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and communicate effectively with C-level executives and decision makers on strategic vision and partnership
- Present ideas, expectations, and information in a concise, professional, and well-organized manner
- Process, data-driven sales background. Strong experience with Salesforce.com, and building track-able, repeatable sales processes
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree
Preferred Skills:
- Motivated and self-directed professional, capable of establishing working relationships across the business and within the target organizations
- Ability to balance external customer relationship management activities with internal support of the daily operations within areas of responsibility
- Located near a major [East, Central, or Mountain] airport, as there will be heavy travel throughout the United States
The compensation package for this full-time position includes a base salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 ($180,000 - $200,000 OTE). Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions.
