Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior SAP PaPM Consultant to join our Managed Services team and play a crucial role in ongoing support and optimization efforts for our services. In this role, you will provide expert consulting services for client support, continually refining your skills and gaining operational insights across multiple customer engagements. Leveraging your expertise and aspirations, you will contribute to various aspects of our managed services support model. During the support and maintenance phases, you will work closely with customers and our internal managed services team to enhance your business and technical knowledge while ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of customer applications related to SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM).

Key Responsibilities

For the successful support of SAP Fioneer products, the following consulting key areas are expected to be covered:

  • Oversee and support customers using SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM).
  • Lead or assist in analyzing, gathering, and managing requirements to deliver effective solutions.
  • Address and resolve technical issues related to SAP PaPM, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Design or support the development of technical concepts in the area of profitability and performance management, leveraging experience with relevant financial regulations.
  • Manage and execute data loading, transformation, and integration processes within the customer environment.
  • Ensure optimal application performance in SAP PaPM systems.
  • Apply expertise in Insurance Data Model and Estimated Cashflow Preparation (ECP).
  • Utilize SAP Basis knowledge, along with debugging (SQL) and PaPM skills, to support technical operations.
  • Conduct training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer to team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams, ensuring positive interactions with colleagues and customers while solving complex problems.
Requirements

PaPM skills

  • Strong solution background/hands-on experience with SAP PaPM.
  • Data Loading and Data Transformation/Integration
  • Application Performance Analysis & Optimization
  • Insurance Data Model and Estimated Cashflow Preparation (ECP) in PaPM
  • Functional PaPM Business Processes and Config.
  • SAP Basis knowledge, debugging- and SQL-skills

General requirements

  • Min 2-9+ years working as a PaPM Consultant with a large component expertise in PaPM.
  • University degree in Technology, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Accounting, or relevant areas of studies.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills as well as excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Customer-centric mentality, willing to go the extra mile for the customer, and will break down all barriers to ensure customer success.
  • An enthusiasm to learn, and willingness to adapt to change and always look for ways to fully leverage your abilities no matter the task at hand.
  • The adaptability to succeed in agile, cross-functional teams, with excellent written and verbal communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
