Job Responsibilities:
The job holder supports the corresponding team lead in all activities of the department and ensures active participation in the daily business of her/his functional responsibility.
Major Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day SAP end-user support
• Control of change requests and define requirements for the developers
• Business Consulting and optimization of the existing SAP PM Processes
• Support of mobile solutions
• Assists the monitoring of the developments in the SAP System
• Coordination and collaboration with external consultants
• Responsible for Customizing and implementation of SAP PM
• Support of SAP rollout Projects
• First and Second Level-Support
• Provide user training
• Contribution in business process modeling and blueprint creation
• Analyzing and optimizations of logistic processes
• Analyze business requirements and gaps not met by the existing systems / implementations
• Identify feasible solutions, create business blueprints and provide effort estimations
• Ability to support and train other team members on SAP PM functions and look for opportunities to align with similar functions within the manufacturing solutions team
Knowledge and Education
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or another related field• Must have knowledge of PM module experience in SAP and have a good understanding of manufacturing business processes. Nice to have interface knowledge with other modules such as SD, MM, QM and PP• Must be able to communicate in English. Working knowledge of other languages is a plus
Work Experience• Professional work experience in SAP PM and the relevant logistic processes• Minimum 3-5 years of SAP working experience in SAP PM• End-to-end SAP PM implementation experience• Experiences with mobile solutions (Mobisys knowledge is welcome)• Basic knowledge in ABAP is welcome• Good experience in process modeling and design
Work Environment
Regular overnight travel 10-25% of the time
