Job Responsibilities:
Magna is seeking a Sr. Analyst, IT Vendor Management to work in Magna IT's Vendor Management department. The Sr. Analyst will be part of a global team that has presence in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the IT Professional Services transformation project, focusing on contract governance and supplier transformation processes. The Sr. Analyst will also be responsible for negotiating and managing various regional and global IT contracts and will represent Magna IT's Vendor Management team in the region when working with internal customers and global partners. The Sr. Analyst, will support, on a global basis, Magna IT, Magna Corporate, Group, and Divisional locations.
Your Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Vendor Management procurement lifecycle process
• Monitor and manage vendor performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs
• Conduct regular vendor reviews and audits to assess performance and address any issues
• Apply in-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles, best practices and run RFx requests
• Demonstrate proven experience in vendor performance and relationship management
• Perform Supplier Management and Governance specifically in IT Professional Services

Who we are looking for

• 5-7 years of work experience in the field of IT Vendor Management, Procurement, Professional Services would be preferred.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. Degree in business, economics, psychology, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or finance preferred.
• Proven negotiation skills in managing large complex contracts in the various IT categories, including hardware, software, services, and communication with primary focus on IT Professional Services
• Previous experience with software licensing/contracts/framework agreements and volume purchasing
• Effective problem-solving skills for supplier related issues
• Project Management skills in larger transformation projects
