Als Jabil Optics Germany GmbH in Jena sind wir Teil des weltweit zweitgrößten Auftragsfertigers Jabil und führend bei der Entwicklung von opto-elektro-mechanischen Modulen für Augmented, Virtual and Mixed Reality, moderne Kamerasysteme sowie Gestensteuerung/ 3D Sensing. Zur Verstärkung unseres Entwicklungsstandorts in Jena suchen wir unbefristet und in Vollzeit (36h/ Woche) ab sofort eine/n:
Messtechniker für opto-mechanische Komponenten (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
Als Teil des Verification Teams übernehmen Sie Aufgaben im Rahmen des Produktentstehungsprozesses von komplexen opto-elektronischen Modulen und des Transfers in die Fertigung.
· Mitarbeit bei der Industrialisierung von innovativen optoelektronischen Modulen vom Prototyp bis zur Vorserie
· Prüfung optischer/mechanischer Bauteile nach Prüfplan und Zeichnung mittels Handmessmittel, Koordinatenmessgerät, Spektroskop, Interferometer, Mikroskop, u.a.
· Durchführung von Sauberkeitsprüfungen
· Optische Bauelemente prüfen und visuelle Beurteilung der Funktionsflächen
· Analyse der anfallenden Aufträge zur Bedarfsplanung von Messaufgaben und Koordinierung der Aufgaben im Team
· Wareneingangsprüfungen und zugehörige Buchungen im ERP System (Ident Check, Quantität, Lieferzustand)
· Dokumentation und Kommunikation der Prüfergebnisse
· Mitarbeit bei Lieferantenreklamation und der Lösungsfindung bei auftretenden Qualitätsproblemen
Ihr Profil:
· Erfolgreich abgeschlossene 3-jährige Berufsausbildung in den Fachrichtungen Feinoptik, Feinmechanik, Physiklaborant, Augenoptik, Messtechnik, oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung/ Techniker-Ausbildung wünschenswert
· Praxiserfahrung in der Prüfung optischer und/oder mechanischer Bauteile (z.B. mit 3D-Messtechnik, Spektroskopie, Profil-/ Zentriermessungen oder Interferometrie)
· Grundkenntnisse des MS Office-Pakets
· Freude an Teamarbeit, aber auch an eigenständigem Arbeiten
· Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprach
