Als Jabil Optics Germany GmbH in Jena sind wir Teil des weltweit zweitgrößten Auftragsfertigers Jabil und führend bei der Entwicklung von opto-elektro-mechanischen Modulen für Augmented, Virtual and Mixed Reality, moderne Kamerasysteme sowie Gestensteuerung/ 3D Sensing. Wir entwickeln in einem internationalen Team innovative kundenspezifische Lösungen für weltweit führende Markenhersteller. Jabil beschäftigt global mehr als 140 000 Mitarbeitende. Im Optics Design Center in Jena entwickeln wir mit über 120 Mitarbeitenden opto-elektro-mechanische Design-Lösungen für AR/VR-Brillen, autonomes Fahren (LiDAR, Driver Monitoring, ADAS- Kamera-Systeme, Eye Tracking), Robotics, Action Cameras, Smartphones, Endoskope und viele weitere Anwendungen.

IT Supervisor (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:

Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests über Ticket-System ServiceNow
-
Erster Ansprechpartner für Anwender, Projektmitarbeitende, Kunden und Management bei IT-bezogenen Fragen und Problemen
-
Administration intern genutzter Anwendungen (z. B. Docuware, Envoy, Zoom, LMTools, RealVNC) und Low-Code-Lösungen
-
Koordination von Dienstleistern zur Bereitstellung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur für Kundenprojekte
-
Verwaltung von Softwarelizenzen
-
Patching von Sicherheitslücken (z. B. durch Installation von Updates) auf Endnutzer-Geräten
-
Mitwirkung an Audits und der jährlichen Überprüfung und Überarbeitung von Disaster-Recovery-Plänen, einschließlich der Durchführung von Übungen
-
Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung und Koordinierung des IT-Bereichs (derzeit ein Mitarbeiter)
Ihr Profil:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium im IT-Bereich

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Operations/IT-Infrastrukturbereich im industriellen Umfeld
-
Kenntnisse in der Systemadministration, vor allem im Windows-Umfeld
-
Erfahrung mit Microsoft Power Automate oder Microsoft Power Apps wünschenswert
-
Freude an Verantwortungsübernahme, Koordinierung und Steuerung der Abläufe
-
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, auch in stressigen Situationen
