How You'll Make an Impact

Analyze and validate structural analytical calculations.

Implement and optimize formulas and algorithms for mechanical structures.

Collaborate in a cross-discipline team using agile and waterfall methodologies.

Apply best practices and Hitachi Energy standards to develop high-quality products.

Participate in status reviews and provide input on potential issues.

Drive innovation by creating proofs of concept for new technologies.

Create and maintain technical standards.

Work with multinational teams and escalate issues as needed.
Your Background
-
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 2 years of related experience.

Strong understanding of structural analysis and optimization.

Analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Basic programming experience.

Advantageous knowledge in Visual Basic (Excel macros), Python, Creo Simulate, ANSYS, and Machine Learning.

Proficiency in 3D CAD (Creo Parametric preferred).

Familiarity with modern project management tools and processes (Azure DevOps, Agile, etc.).

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
