Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for the independent execution of integrated marketing plans that contribute to the growth of the respective cross market services. They will take ownership of the assigned marketing initiatives, work cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders in the delivery of highly effective marketing programs based on deep stakeholder understanding to help deliver the business's annual objectives and plans.
Responsibilities:
Understanding the Business
- Supports Marketing Managers in the strategic development and deployment of annual cross market services marketing plans.
Working Well with Others
- Works with internal stakeholders and external agencies to meet marketing and event objectives.
- Establishes and maintains frequent dialogue with commercial, operations and marketing colleagues to ensure project delivery alignment.
Delivering Results
- Independently execute initiatives in assigned marketing plans including new service launches, campaign development, content management, and event planning and execution. Work with internal and external partners to support the development and execution of content for advertising, website updates and sales collateral for assigned marketing initiatives.
- Designs, develops, and executes marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness purposes, with minimal support from the Marketing Manager.
- Independently measures campaign and event performance included in the annual marketing plans, including monthly top-line tracking. This includes assisting with monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating the performance of marketing programs and provide recommendations to the manager as required.
- Works independently to plan and coordinate the management of customer events, tradeshows and webinars.
Education & Experience:
- College/university degree in marketing, business administration, communications or equivalent experience in a sales/marketing and/or communications department
- 3-5 years marketing experience (industry experience where possible)
- Engineering or technical background is an asset
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – exceptional at writing customer-facing content
- Strong ability to develop, execute and analyze marketing campaigns
- Proven project management skills and experience
- Team player and ability to form strong working relationships with marketing team members and key stakeholders
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends
- Passion for strategic marketing and driving results
