What You’ll Do:

Lead the Process: Manage proposal timelines, lead kickoff meetings, and ensure deadlines are met.

Make an Impact: Create tailored resumes, narratives, and promotional materials that win projects.

Perfect the Message: Edit and proofread materials for accuracy, tone, and branding alignment.

Own the Details: Organize and maintain marketing files and ensure accessibility for the team.

Collaborate: Partner with technical teams to develop engaging marketing collateral.

Enhance Materials: Support marketing initiatives like presentations, brochures, and awards.
What You Bring to the Team:

Proven Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in technical writing or editing (bonus if it’s in the AEC industry!).

Education or Experience: Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Exceptional Skills: Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and CRM tools.
