Job description: Marketing Specialist NEA
Part of the AMEAPAC Marketing Team, this position will play an important role in driving and implementing marketing initiatives for the North Asia Region. The role will drive omni-channel marketing strategy, activities, campaigns and initiatives across the region and also help develop the Annual Marketing Plan along with the Marketing Manager. As part of a dynamic marketing community covering extended geographies you will actively participate in the sharing of knowledge and marketing assets across the company.
What you’ll do

  • Delivery of regional marketing campaigns utilising email, SEM, social media, website, PR and print and digital media.
  • Work with agencies and divisional marketing teams to plan, deploy omni-channel marketing programmes and enhance regional marketing’s functional effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Partner with sales leaders, country managers and extended marketing team to conceptualize annual marketing plans and ad-hoc programmes to steer towards business and revenue  objectives.
  • Guide and support regional frontline sales on value proposition and provide local support to implement the market plans which generate new leads.
  • Develop and maintain marketing content and other tools and collateral to support sales team, including localisation of content into Japanese.
  • Manage and track marketing strategy results, performance metrics to optimise effectiveness of multiple marketing channels and create detailed reports with data analysis management’s review on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Manage and coordinate regional CSR efforts and be the lead for local CSR activations
  • ​ Track, manage and deliver trade events such as exhibitions and seminars with a clear goal of measuring their success such as reporting leads generated and elevating brand’s share of voice in the market place.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Degree in Business, majoring in Marketing or Communications, or related fields
  • Min 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access), and social media channels
  • Proficient in Adobe Design Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Good and confident communication and presentation skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, work accurately with attention to details and meeting tight deadlines
  • Well-verse on digital marketing channels (e.g. Search Engine platforms, Social Media, PPC, digital content marketing, etc).
  • Understand online performance marketing channels and updated with latest digital marketing trends, strategy and best practices
  • Experienced with working on cross regional multilingual projects
  • Ability to travel occasionally
