Job Description

As Nexthink continues its global expansion, we are seeking an experienced, data-driven, and creative Regional Marketing Specialist to establish and drive our go-to-market strategy in Japan. This is an exciting opportunity to build Nexthink’s marketing presence from the ground up in a brand-new market, working closely with sales, partners, and global marketing teams to drive brand awareness, pipeline generation, and customer engagement.

Your Mission:

Partner with key stakeholders in Japan to develop and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives that effectively position Nexthink as the leader in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solutions. Your focus will be on driving brand recognition, engaging enterprise customers, and accelerating pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Localize Marketing Strategies – Tailor global marketing programs to resonate with the Japanese market, ensuring cultural relevance and alignment with local business norms.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Channel Teams – Align marketing initiatives with sales priorities and partner activities to drive demand and accelerate growth.
  • Plan & Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns – Leverage digital marketing, content marketing, field events, ABX strategies, and media placements to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Drive Customer Engagement & Advocacy – Build relationships with customers to identify opportunities for case studies, testimonials, and advocacy initiatives.
  • Manage Regional Budget & ROI – Own and allocate the marketing budget effectively, tracking performance and optimizing spend to maximize impact.
  • Monitor Market Trends & Competitive Landscape – Stay informed about industry developments, emerging trends, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
  • Lead Event & PR Activities – Plan and execute localized virtual and in-person events, industry conferences, and PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in Japan, preferably in enterprise SaaS or IT solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Japanese business culture – ability to craft messaging and campaigns that resonate with local enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline generation and marketing-led revenue growth.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, event planning, ABX, and PR strategies.
  • Experience working with reseller, distributors, and channel partners to drive joint marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English – ability to collaborate with local and global teams.
  • Strong data-driven mindset – ability to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable – thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision.
