FUGA’s Marketing Services team has been built to add value and solve problems for our vast number of clients by helping them connect their artists with audiences and create revenues and growth. The Marketing Services Coordinator will serve as a key component of the team, acting as the administrative support point-person for FUGA’s Digital Accounts, Audience Strategy and Marketing Strategy verticals.
The position will report to the SVP of Marketing.
What You Do:
In this role, you will support the work of FUGA's Marketing Services team, who are focused on executing marketing campaigns for artists and labels including: project management/strategy; DSP Marketing on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music and Amazon; and Audience identification and growth through both digital and traditional media. The Marketing Services Coordinator will undertake operational and administrative tasks that support our workflows, campaigns and client relationships.
Digital Accounts

  • Checking metadata on releases to be pitched and make corrections where necessary
  • Building of internal playlists for pitching and other purposes

Audience Strategy

  • Assisting with creating client documentation around digital advertising and social media strategies, product updates and tools
  • Assisting with social media verifications across the suite of platforms
  • Keeping our clients up-to-date with TikTok trending hashtags 
  • Assisting with digital advertising campaign bookings and reporting on Spotify and Meta
  • Pitching releases to Meta and TikTok

Marketing Strategy

  • Assisting with collating and producing the monthly newsletter and weekly releases for the internal team
  • Helping with internal communication as well as client-facing updates and online events

General Admin

  • Providing full admin support to the Marketing Services team, including creating reports, setting up meetings and taking minutes, and assisting on various ad-hoc projects
  • Working closely with the Marketing Services intern to deliver support and marketing tools required by the department
  • Participation and creative input in marketing meetings
  • Central contact point for clients and other internal departments

Who You Are:
The role requires a good communicator who is passionate about music; a team player who can work on their initiative; and someone who has previous experience in an administration/coordinator role. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, organisational and creative skills; and an ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines. This role also requires someone with a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in having a career in the music industry.

  • A passion for, and a depth of knowledge of, music across multiple genres
  • A good understanding of the digital music space and streaming platforms such as Spotify, YouTube and Apple Music
  • A natural collaborator, active communicator and team player
  • A meticulous eye for detail
  • An ability to work under time pressure 
  • Permitted to work in the Netherlands
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Prior experience (internships, work experience) in a music environment is a plus
