About the Role  

In this opportunity as a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will:  

  • Manage BDR campaign calendar process.
  • Write personal professional emails and scripts 
  • Aid in creation of initiatives/pilots/communications to drive business 
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing systems 
  • Deploy operation workflows 
  • Execute marketing automation programs 
  • Track program/sequence ROI and act as needed 
  • Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities 
  • Collaborate across organizations with various team members, partners, etc. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors 
  • Work with 3rd party vendors and platforms 
  • Other responsibilities as assigned 

 

About You 

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field 
  • 2+ years experience writing professional communications 
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns 
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills 
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Management Relationship software (CRM). i.e. SalesForce.com, Outreach, Eloqua 
  • Understand the role/voice of tele-sales and business development rep 
  • Strong problem solving skills 
  • Self-starter and able to manage cross-functional team projects and priorities 
  • Detail oriented.
