About the Role

Crunchyroll is looking for an individual contributor senior manager to lead third-party distribution partnership marketing in Latin America (Spanish-speaking Americas and Brazil). You will work with multiple teams and external partners to execute partnership marketing programs for SVOD subscriber growth and performance, expand awareness, and increase regional revenue.

  • Oversee all Partnership Marketing programs in Latin America, focusing on SVOD earned media and working with high-profile brands such as Amazon, Apple, Roku, Google and YouTube, PlayStation, Samsung, and many others
  • Independently lead partnership marketing strategy and operations end-to-end, including legal and creative approvals
  • Monitor and evaluate distribution partners’ marketing performance in the region and identify ways to improve and make it more efficient
  • Build business cases, projections, and metrics for programs in the region and evaluate distribution partners' proposals from a marketing perspective, measuring return on investment, level of effort, strategic and financial impact, and prioritizing them
  • Oversee the management of local partners requests and the operations of partnership marketing projects initiated by Crunchyroll, which includes reporting, creative briefing and requests, approvals management, title selection process, contract and invoice management, asset management, project management, and similar activities
  • Develop frameworks to ensure processes are followed in the region and shared between regional and HQ teams within the context of Partnership Marketing, promoting knowledge, best practices, standardization, and learning sharing between teams

About You

  • 8+ years of work experience focused on marketing, program, and performance management in a global or international organization in the entertainment, tech, media, or video game spaces
  • Experience translating a global vision into regional programs.
  • Knowledge of the contemporary business, marketing, media, pop culture, OTT, and telco landscapes in the Latin America region
  • Experience leading complex, multifaceted deals and partnerships from a marketing performance perspective
  • Experience managing external partners, agencies, vendors, and contractors
  • Prior success in working in a matrixed and globally distributed organization with peers and partners in different time zones and locations across the world, with multiple cultures and backgrounds
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally
  • Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese
  • Anime knowledge is a significant plus
