What you will do in this role 🧐

As a Marketing Operations specialist at Sendcloud, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for managing and optimising our marketing technology stack, developing and implementing marketing processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making. Your expertise in marketing operations will enable the marketing team to execute campaigns effectively, measure their impact, and continuously improve our marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing tech startup and make a significant impact on our marketing operations.      

Your responsibilities 

  • Responsible for managing & configuring our marketing tech stack (Hubspot & Customer.io). 
  • Develop automations, integrations, and dashboards to support marketing initiatives.
  • Assist the marketing team with campaign setup, execution, and optimization across channels, including digital, events, and webinars in HubSpot and Customer.io.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues within marketing systems to ensure smooth campaign execution and data accuracy.
  • Run analyses to identify growth opportunities and measure campaign success
  • Collaborate with revenue stakeholders and leaders to drive process improvements
  • Liaise between the marketing, sales, and operations departments to tightly align business objectives
  • Maintain data quality by regularly reviewing source tracking, updating workflows, and refining logic as needed.

  • You have at least a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in marketing operations or similar roles
  • You have experience with Hubspot or other marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo, Pardot) 
  • You have a deep understanding of digital marketing, marketing automation, and systems administration
  • You’re an excellent communicator – you have experience working cross-functionally with multiple revenue departments 
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and logistics industry is a plus
