Position Overview:

Marketing Manager

We seek a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be vital in enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and generating qualified leads through multi-channel marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing and Brand Positioning

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligning with Parkar’s business objectives and growth roadmap.
  • Enhance and solidify brand positioning as a leader in enterprise technology solutions.
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to engage key decision-makers in specific industries.

Demand Generation & Audience Engagement

  • Generate leads through targeted campaigns by leveraging digital channels, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Develop industry-specific marketing initiatives tailored to financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and hi-tech enterprises.
  • Enhance the customer journey using personalized engagement strategies at various touchpoints.

Content & Digital Marketing

  • Drive the creation of engaging thought-leadership content that connects with C-level executives and Technology leaders.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid, and social media to maximize brand reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and creative agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure the continuous optimization of campaigns for maximum effectiveness and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance strategies and boost conversion rates.

Partnerships & Events

  • Lead marketing efforts for events, webinars, and conferences to enhance visibility and boost participation.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Budgeting

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Over 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within enterprise IT services, cloud solutions, or AI-driven technologies.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and content strategy.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, campaign execution, and performance analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to engage executive-level audiences.
  • Experience in event marketing and strategic partnerships is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills combined with a data-driven approach.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA).
