Key Responsibilities:

- Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate insights for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coherence in messaging and branding.
- Oversee the management of the company’s social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives.
- Enhance our PR strategies and manage relationships with stakeholders and industry partners.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering an environment of creativity and growth.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and present findings to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role at least 4 years.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and mentorship.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Fluency in Arabic & English, both written and spoken.
