Job Description
For our head office in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands, we are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Intelligence to develop, manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities in the EMEA region for all Power Electronic business units.
Key challenges:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
- Conduct market research to identify top players in various segments, tracking of competitors and market size.
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
- Acquire a deep understanding of the business-units markets and customers, market drivers, customer motivations, and concerns, potential solutions.
- Further development and enhancement of Web Marketing and coordinate implementation.
- Develop branding product range.
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
- Define and lead market development strategies and tactics.
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, marketing campaigns, and professional associations as required.
- Support responsible sales persons.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in the Marketing field.
- 3-7 years’ experience in Marketing.
- Industry experience in Electrical and Electronics is preferred.
- Blend of Marketing and Sales background preferred.
- Experience with Web Marketing planning, implementation and coordination.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management and organization, and the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of InDesign & Illustrator is considered a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Additional European languages are preferred. Dutch is highly preferred.
- Attention to detail, stress tolerance, able to collaborate and adapt.
