About the Role

FareHarbor is looking for a strategic digital marketer to join our Client Engagement team. You will be responsible for executing digital campaigns to support our European client adoption and growth goals and push forward our industry thought leadership. 

In this role, you will work closely with the marketing channel owners and cross functionally with Sales, Lead Generation, Account Management, Support and other commercial teams to understand and clearly communicate the value FareHarbor provides to our clients.   You will dive deep into understanding the needs of specific segments and the different European markets in order to provide clients with opportunities and solutions to strengthen their partnership with FareHarbor. 

You should bring experience managing marketing campaigns across many European markets and understand the importance of localizing marketing strategies. You should think in outcomes, not features, make decisions based on data and are energized by challenges.

What you’ll do here:

  • Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns from ideation to reporting
  • Champion key client segments and/or portion of the client journey. Iterate, test and optimize your marketing strategies and messaging to drive higher adoption, retention and growth of your target clients. 
  • Partner with channel owners to define the strategy of deliverables per channel including FareHarbor.com, the FareHarbor blog, event marketing, community, webinars, social, and email
  • Write marketing copy for campaign deliverables 
  • Guide the creative and copy teams to ensure deliverables successfully communicate the campaigns key communication goals 
  • Report on the impact of campaigns based on engagement data. Apply your insights to future campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years working in a digital strategy role at an agency or SaaS company.
  • Experience owning multi-channel digital marketing strategies including email marketing, social media, display, search and social campaigns and SEO.
  • Portfolio demonstrating your success in executing multi-channel campaigns in the European market.
  • Intermediate to advanced analytical skills and an aptitude for using data to drive decision making; includes experience working with Google Analytics in a professional setting.
  • Out-of-the-box thinking and ability to intelligently push beyond “the ask”.
  • Strong detail orientation and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate individual excited to be a part of a growing team.

Bonus if you have experience working with:

  • Hands on experience with marketing automation systems.
  • Google Analytics.
  • Experience in the tourism industry.
