The Marketing Data Analyst will play a crucial part in driving our marketing strategies by analyzing and interpreting data to uncover insights and trends. Role will provide company and industry data to business development and production teams to enhance customer targeting and improve overall business performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, has strong analytical skills, and possesses the ability to translate insurance data into actionable recommendations.
The Marketing Data Analyst will work a Hybrid Schedule in the Red Bank, NJ Office.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reporting to monitor and forecast key marketing and sales metrics and performance indicators
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and business performance using various analytical tools
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing strategies, workflows and tactics
- Collect, clean, analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights
- Present data through reports and meetings to inform business decisions
- Identify and correct errors in data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Develop and present comprehensive reports, summarizing key data insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with different product line areas to understand business needs and identify relevant data points
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 plus years in similar role with the insurance industry
- Ability to identify issues within data and propose solutions to address them
- Clear verbal and non-verbal communications skills and able to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong attention to detail ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively to stakeholders
