This position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga office with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week

Team/Function: The Marketing team drives Ingram Micro’s innovative campaigns, highlighting our cutting-edge solutions and enabling us to maintain leadership in the technology distribution industry.

Responsibilities  

  • Accountable for executing marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, webinars, events, social media, and related marketing plan initiatives, as well as driving the creative development processes.
  • Communicate campaign progress, performance metrics, and updates regularly to vendors and internal teams.
  • Manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
  • Track campaign performance metrics, optimization and refine strategies to enhance outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot issues and proactively provide solutions to meet campaign objectives.

What you bring to the role:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience creating and executing marketing campaigns preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of industry trends and advanced marketing tactics, enabling the development of innovative and effective campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Canva, social media, and email marketing would be a strong asset.
  • Digital marketing certifications or training, such as the Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Certificate or the HubSpot Content Marketing Certification or Marketo Certified Experts, are highly desirable but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a focus on ownership, accountability and responsibility
  • Analytical mindset with experience using metrics and data to drive decisions.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
