Scope and Budget Management
- Ensure Product demand associated to the program you are managing is clear and facilitate solution reviews, OOM collection, as well as any needed follow-up.
- Ensure alignement between program demand, associated budget per quarter and teams capacity.
- Report deviation, provide support and insights to product, program and RnD leaders for arbitration or mitigation.
- Prepare needed information related to your area of work for budget reports.
Planning and Exectution tracking
- Oversee the High-Level Delivery Plan and lead detailed planning sessions.
- Assist the RnD lead and ART in preparing and managing PI planning, ensuring that development teams adhere to the plan and priorities align with the High-Level Delivery Plan.
- Identify potential delivery risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure risks are owned. Conduct follow-ups to ensure risks are mitigated, accepted, or resolved.
- Track delivery progress (development and testing) in collaboration with ART and other agile structures, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of components. Raise flags, keep all parties informed, anticipate deviations, and provide backup actions.
Communication and Reporting
- Serve as a delivery ambassador by connecting with stakeholders and providing regular updates and reports.
- Facilitate communication through forums, internal reviews, and Program Status Meetings. Ensure clear and consistent messaging across teams and program stakeholders. Provide a Weekly Status Report.
Standardize our practices
- Standardize processes to support these types of activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. Provide inputs to improve tooling efficiency when applicable.
- Actively contribute to our Power of One ambition by promoting collaboration through this central role, connecting most of HOS IT organizations.
