What You’ll Do

The Manager, Operations will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational oversight for our Strive Care Partner programs. The role will play an integral part in Strive and our partners' success related to risk-based programs. The candidate will need to be comfortable interacting externally with physician leaders, executive level partner contacts, and internal leaders to drive success. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Operations. 

 The Day to Day 

  • Oversees and manages the operational and activities of their market in conjunction with the Director of Operations and Sr. Director of Operations, leading process design sessions with operational leadership from physician partner groups. 
  • Leads both structured and ad hoc project management, reporting, and relationship management activities to inform key internal/external stakeholders and resolve issues quickly and effectively. 
  • Collaborates and coordinates with Strive strategy, business development, clinical, operations, analytics, and technology teams to deploy a market-specific solution including scalable solutions across government VBC programs and Medicare Advantage populations. 
  • Works closely with Strive Strategy and Development team to understand the unique needs and goals of each partner. 
  • Analyzes quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights, develop corresponding practice improvement plans, and implement process changes to improve care for our patients and achieve operational excellence with our physician partners. 
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with senior leaders to set the strategy and be a true thought partner in carrying out Strive’s mission. Form and lead internal teams, providing training and mentorship as needed. 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 
  • 4+ years experience in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. 
  • Experience collaborating with C-Suite professionals.  
  • Consulting and/or Healthcare start up experience. 
  • Executive-level presentation skills and ability to handle high-level client interactions.

Annual Salary Range: $86,000 - $104,000
