Main Purpose:Puma Processing Services LLP (PEPS) established in Year 2018, represents Puma Energy’s first captive offshoring unit and is based in Mumbai, India with over 200 employees. PEPS provides the Puma Group a key advantage of centralising its core competency in services at one location and allows the group the ability to scale size to increase volumes in key areas. PEPS manages mid office and back office activities for Puma Businesses across all its business verticals like Retail, B2B, Aviation, and also enabling functions like IT & Corporate. It serves the countries which are a part of the Africa Continent, Middle East and Asia Pacific and further extends the support to the Puma Group in Geneva for its core activities.

Help craft and drive the strategy and execution of the LEAN & Automation programmeKnowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Your role will be to partner with senior leaders across Puma Energy to drive end-to-end process transformation, putting efficiency at the centre of the process
- Through the application of Lean tools and techniques, you will identify major pain points, investigate their root causes and provide solutions that eliminate, simplify & automate the business process
- Collaborating with Puma Energy’s IT leadership– you will bring & expand best-of-breed intelligent automation and robotics solutions that augment processes improved through LEAN methodologies.
- You will be an Independent & objective advisor to the Business, upskilling and empowering our people to independently solve problems for the benefit of our clients and the organisation.
- You will also be responsible for developing & reporting and monitoring quality metrics of the processes
- You will be responsible for end to end (idea to delivery) of the project including preparation/approving requirement documents , working with solution architects, project managing & ensuring seamless business change
- Retail POS understanding & Loyalty understanding is a good skill to posses
- Support UATs with test cases. Ensure Post Go-Live Stability

Work Experience:
- 6-8 years of overall experience in leading multinationals; Part of consulting environment for 3+ years, experience as a Business Analyst will be an add on
- Understands the complexity of managing a multi-process operation set up. This could be captive or non-captive
Skills:
- Desired (Not Mandatory): Certified LEAN & Six Sigma certifications, Project Management (PMP)
- Great with Data analysis & creating a compelling pitch using data & presentation skills
- Proven ability to act as a bridge between the business and development team, translating business concepts into requirements that are implementable
- CXO level stakeholder mgmt. experience is a plus
- Knowledge or prior experience of tools such as Xceptor Data Hub/RPA are a plus.
- Understanding of any computer language is a good to have
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong academic background, logical thinking, precise understanding and clear articulation
