Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Monitoring the factories delivery dates.
  • Coordinate the shipping processes of assigned division: imports, exports, and local deliveries
  • Keep internal and external customers informed about the status of the deliveries.
  • Coordinate the customs process of imports and exports with the customs broker.
  • Preparation of waybills for shipments with the Courier provider.
  • Review and approval of supplier invoices.
  • Preparation of remissions for merchandise dispatches.
  • Request the sales invoice to the finance area.
  • Calculate and control logistics costs associated with the orders.
  • Support the sales department with queries related to logistics and international trade.
  • Support to sales / offers area with the estimation of logistics costs.
  • Keep up to date the information corresponding to all the orders for the respective generation of KPIs and other reports in SAP and other systems used by the company.
  • Responsible for keeping updated the documentation corresponding to logistics in drive folders.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
  • Accountable for agreed KPIs and their reporting
  • Partners with other divisions and department to secure the satisfactory delivery of the orders

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • ​University, bachelor’s degree in international trade or administrative careers.
  • Supply chain management education a plus
  • Experience in international logistics processes, coordination of imports, exports and local transportation.
  • Know-how of customs requirements for imports and exports.
  • Work experience in complex organizations 
  • S2P-Systems (SAP ARIBA, CP, MRP)
  • English (fluent)
  • Customer services skills
  • Multitasking Internal stakeholder /supplier relationship management
  • Very good analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills.       
  • Takes ownership of the work, successes and mistakes    
  • Very good communication skills
