This role will support learning systems globally across the following areas:
- As a global Subject Matter Expert of the LMS, you will address questions, requests, and escalations related to system functionality, assignments, training information, audits, etc.
- You will address questions and issues related to third party systems like LinkedIn Learning, Harvard ManageMentor, GetAbstract and iSpring authoring tool.
- You will be the first point of contact for technical issues and will work collaboratively with technical teams as well as 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot, research and escalate issues as necessary.
- You’ll be creating and maintaining Learning Systems technical support documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will train LMS administrators on system functionality and new features as needed.
- You’ll be working collaboratively with the Learning COE, 3rd party vendors and DuPont’s Human Resources Technology organization, to optimize DuPont’s LMS tools and processes, and identify and solve Learning technology problems. This could include support of quarterly upgrades and enhancements, run system data clean-up processes, data migration projects, business reorganizations, business/function large-scale training initiative rollouts, handle integrations with other HR systems as well as custom configurations to tailor the LMS tool to the organization needs.
- You will also partner with the Learning COE to help support training and governance of our global network of business /function Learning Administrators and Learning program/initiative owners, which will provide you with an insight into the different learning projects taking place within the different business units of DuPont.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least three (3) years of prior work experience within a learning administration support environment.
- You will need to have in-depth technical-functional knowledge and expertise in a Learning Management System and be able to demonstrate experience within a learning administration support environment.
- Strong communication in English (written and oral)
- Ability to present technical ideas in simple, user-friendly language is key.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong team player with the ability to function autonomously when necessary.
- Experience with virtual/global teams.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience of identifying business requirements, participating in the solution design process, testing the solution, creating process documentation, and delivering change management communications and training to end users
- Flexibility working in different time zones and remotely.
Qualification and Experience:
- Previous experience of implementing and deploying an LMS globally is highly desirable.
- Experience with Cornerstone Saba Learning Management System is preferred.
- Familiarity with human centered design concepts.
- Experience with eLearning development and content integration industry standards such as SCORM, AICC, xAPI. Experience with learning tools such as iSpring, Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Connect, etc
- Project Management (PMP, Prince 2) or Six Sigma (green belt) qualification is desirable.
