Position Overview:
As a member of endpoint’s HR team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in recruitment of new talent, onboarding new hires and talent development of personnel.
This role acts as a proactive resource for endpoint personnel to optimize endpoint’s people operations strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Work closely with hiring managers and subject matter experts to recruit top talent for organization
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards
- Source, attract and screen candidates
- Assist with the scheduling of candidate interviews
- Manage and own the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Own the global employee onboarding process scheduling and logistics of training efforts, and new hire engagement
- Online Learning Management System (LMS) Administration –manage LMS users, training documents, materials, videos, quizzes, assessments, automation, etc.
- Support, schedule and maintain employee development activities.
- Serve as a trainer and offer classroom training for new personnel.
- Author training courses using online authoring tools/software simulations/video demos
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to maintain employee document training compliance, including external audit readiness and compliance reporting.
Education:
- BA/BS Degree in Organizational Development, Learning and Education, or related
Experience:
- 2-4 years in HR Role
- 2+ year(s) experience with People Systems
- 1+ years in Software/SaaS Industry

- Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office applications (especially PowerPoint, Excel); Adobe Programs (especially Acrobat, Captivate); Learning Management Systems; video creation/editing; WebEx/GoToMeeting
