The opportunity:
We are looking for a sharp and talented Legal Counsel to join our growing Legal team!
In this high-impact role, your goal will be to provide comprehensive legal support to various departments worldwide by taking a strategic and collaborative approach. You will report to the company's Vice President of Legal Affairs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate a wide variety of partner and vendor agreements, including software licenses, SaaS Agreements, NDAs and more
- Monitor and provide internal guidance on company-wide policies and procedures
- Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements, playbooks, and legal processes
- Provide general legal support to our global business on an as-needed basis
Requirements
- Law Degree
- Licensed to practice in Israel
- 2 + years of experience working as a lawyer in a high-tech department of a prominent law firm or a hi-tech company
- English- fluent/ native level, with superb written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters and conflicting priorities, while balancing legal and business concerns
- Strong negotiation skills
- Service-oriented person
- Experience in technology agreements (licensing, SaaS, etc.) and other commercial transactions - advantage
