Job Description SummaryAs the Commercial Learning Leader for Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives' skills development program you will take ownership of onboarding newly hired or promoted Executive, Strategic Clients, or ESCs, through a dynamic, multi-phased curriculum designed to set them up for success from day one. Your innovative approach will ensure they become trusted advisors for large Integrated Delivery Networks. Additionally, you will lead upskilling training and continuous learning for tenured ESCs' competency development. Training focuses on knowledge, skills, tactics, processes, and tools needed to position GE HealthCare hardware, software, and biopharma products to C-Suite customer stakeholders. It also includes market creation needs for customer adoption of Disease States (Oncology, Cardiology, Neurology) and our Digital platforms.

Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Create and deliver engaging training programs, including interactive workshops, virtual calls, and thought leadership sessions, to inspire, activate, and elevate our talented ESC team members.

  • Program Assessment: Leverage feedback from experiential learning to assess and enhance program effectiveness, making strategic adjustments to continuously elevate our training offerings.

  • Apply Adult Learning Principles: Integrate adult learning best practices into the training curriculum.

  • Decision Making and Problem Solving: Utilize analytical skills to solve complex problems and enhance training programs.

  • Build Communication Strategies: Develop systems and messaging to clearly communicate the outcomes of training efforts.

  • Influence and Drive Learning Strategy: Use strong communication skills to influence others and drive the learning strategy.

  • Leadership Collaboration: share training outcomes and set expectations for sales leadership’s pull-through of newly acquired knowledge and skills.

Collaborative Environment:

In this high-visibility remote-based role (with approximately 25% travel), you will work closely with the USCAN Commercial Learning team to plan and execute role-specific content within an evolving curriculum to drive impactful learning experiences. In addition, you will routinely work with:

  • Regional, National, and Federal Accounts ESCs

  • Market Vice Presidents, Regional Presidents, and President of National Accounts

  • VP of Academic Accounts and Enterprise Solutions Leadership

  • Strategic and Product Marketing Directors

  • The USCAN Commercial Excellence team

  • Various other USCAN sales and marketing leaders

  • The Sr. Director of Commercial Learning (to whom this role reports), Sr. Director of Leadership Development, and Head of USCAN Learning.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience in Sales Training Design, Delivery, and Measurement of effectiveness.

  • 2+ years of direct medical sales experience in fields such as medical capital equipment, devices, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or vaccines; with experience selling to C-Suite.

  • Excellent group presentation, facilitation, and one-on-one coaching skills, inspiring and guiding our team to new heights.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Outstanding influencing skills to guide competency development without direct reporting authority (i.e., peer leadership).

  • Proven project planning skills.

  • Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proven ability to create a positive learning environment, both in-person and virtually.

  • Proven ability to establish and manage productive vendor relationships.

  • A solutions-oriented team player

  • Demonstrated ability to understand healthcare and digital market dynamics to successfully guide training participants and peers.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Desired Characteristics

  • Proven experience in enterprise selling of a large product portfolio, showcasing your ability to drive significant business growth and make a lasting impact.

  • Strong working knowledge of salesforce.com and Power BI

  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning experience platforms (LXP) or Sales Enablement platforms.

  • Ability to develop and leverage learning metrics for continuous process improvement

  • Experience/expertise in instructional and curriculum design; eLearning authoring skills are highly desirable for this role

  • Trainer certification or expertise in selling skills methodologies.

  • Willingness to become a certified master trainer on content delivered within this training program.

  • Exhibit a strong ability to collaborate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization and work well within a team.

  • Ability to solve complex problems and translate vision to achievable results.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $144,800.00-$217,200.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
