About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Operations to join our Marketing Operations team. This individual will be a go-to business partner for our Global Campaign Teams, our Global Sales organization, and most importantly our Global Sales Development organization. This role will be responsible for managing the reps who support the day to day operations within the Sales Development platforms including Outreach, 6Sense, and Drift.
The role will also play a vital role in building new processes, developing, analyzing, & delivering insights, creating and supporting dashboards to help sales leaders drive their business, and so much more. What You'll Do:
Tool Optimization & Improvement:

Work with Administration and Support teams to analyze current Outreach.io processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. (experience with SalesLoft, Gong, or Groove a plus)

Develop and implement process enhancement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and integrate improvements seamlessly.
-
Recommend and implement updates or new tools to better support business objectives.
Best Practices Implementation:
-
Research and stay updated on industry best practices and trends.
-
Create and disseminate documentation on best practices for tool usage and process management.
-
Work with our Enablement specialists to train staff on best practices to ensure consistent application across the organization.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
-
Work with your administrators and Enablement team to analyze utilization of tools and outcomes to ensure maximum value of licenses and the outcomes of the tools
-
Monitor and analyze data to track the effectiveness of process improvements including error log changes.
-
Generate reports to communicate progress and results to senior management.

Use data insights to continuously refine and enhance processes.
Tool Enablement and Support:
This position will manage our Enablement and Support team. This team spans all marketing tools and Sales Development tools. While there is not a need to be an expert in every tool, a natural curiosity to identify ways to optimize our teams and the tools they use is a main key to success.

Manage the enablement and support team ensuring proper prioritization of efforts and consistent documentation is made available to users of our Sales and Marketing tools

Ensure slack and workfront tickets and responded to and completed within our defined service level agreements

Align with stakeholders to define monthly sprint cadences for new training and enablement efforts
Testing and Quality Assurance:
This position needs to be naturally curious and lead a team to be the same. We should both rigorously test new features and proactively look for issues in our processes constantly.

Conduct rigorous testing to ensure that all tools and processes are functioning correctly.

Identify and resolve issues related to syncing across different systems.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol to regularly evaluate tool and process performance.
Collaboration and Communication:
-
Work closely with IT, operations, and other departments to coordinate improvement efforts.

Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.

Communicate changes and updates clearly to all relevant parties.

Define KPIs for CrowdStrike Sales Development Organization - ‘If it isn’t measured, it doesn’t matter’:
-
Collaborate on the building, maintenance & automation of weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting.

Ad hoc projects to simplify ease of use within tools.

Conduct trainings with Demand Operations Team, partnering Marketing teams, and SDRs and Account Executives to demonstrate how to most effectively use our instance of Outreach so your campaigns are successfully implemented.

Evaluate new & existing tools to determine ROI & help get the most value from our tech investments.
What You'll Need:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, English, Journalism or other similar fields.

8+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Enablement, or Marketing.

Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Security.

Management Experience 3-5+ years.
-
Experience with Salesforce.com required.
-
Experience with tools such as Outreach (or similar), 6sense, Drift (or similar) required. Certifications are a plus!

Experience with or knowledge of marketing tools such as: Marketo, Knak, PathFactory, Splash, Vidyard, On24, Zoom Events is a plus but not required

Passionate about training employees in best practices and has a mindset for continuous improvement.

Detail-oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills.
