Job Description: Assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of enterprisewide employee development programs while partnering with relevant teams and centers of excellence. Anticipates market needs and designs and/or curates learning experiences and technology across the company in support of the achievement of business objectives and organizational talent plans for continuing education, new hire integration, online performance support, and leadership development. Designs, organizes, evaluates, and delivers programs for developing optimal capability utilization of employees. Analyzes data to develop tests and visual aids, coordinate class arrangements, and develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Keeps abreast of learning and development research and market trends including learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. Prepares and implements learning strategies and programs based on research. Responds to customer/client requests, or events as they occur, and reviews individual and organizational development needs to identify learning and development opportunities. Demonstrates success and experience in developing and delivering training content that follows instructional design principles, and improves learning strategy and content through collaboration and prototyping.

Qualifications:

Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications below to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or another related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in the following:
  • Adult learning and use of learning tools and methods.
  • Program management.
  • Matrixed organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Learning Methodologies and Technologies: Demonstrated success and experience in developing and delivering training content that follows instructional design principles.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with one or more of the following: Qualtrics, Saba, and familiarity with learning and content management systems. Knowledge of traditional and modern job training methods, techniques, and tools.
  • Innovation/Learning: experience thinking outside the box and understand future goals to create the most appropriate, scalable, innovative training solutions for our stakeholders.

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
