As a Lead Operations Coordinator, you play a critical role in executing business for our customers. You’ll build relationships with customers and partner with internal teams to ensure customers’ day-to-day needs are met. With a sharp focus on data integrity, quality, and efficiency, you’ll leverage our proven processes and innovative technology platform to perform the highest-level/advanced operations activities to meet the transportation needs of our customers. This role services as a team resource and focuses on daily management and delegation of operational tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor workload and staffing levels to assign and/or delegate work to ensure daily expectations and deliverables are met and completed with quality
- Serve as a first line of support for operations team members. Answer their questions, address any issues, and redirect work when needed. Partner with Operations Supervisors on trends and/or concerns
- Work with internal teams to ensure exceptional service is delivered to our customers
- Build and develop relationships with customers to achieve positive outcomes
- Respond to customers with a sense of urgency to resolve issues, offer options and alternative solutions, and provide an excellent customer experience
- Leverage customer preferences to provide consistent service and create efficient, cost-effective solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities, using data and reporting, to improve service results to meet customer expectations
- Leverage C.H. Robinson’s global technology platform, Navisphere, to validate and ensure the accuracy of load data
- As needed, complete operational tasks to ensure daily deliverables are met
Required Qualifications:
- High School degree or GED equivalent
- Minimum three years of call center customer service or transportation/logistics experience
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends (select roles only)

Compensation Range
$17.69 - $36.73
