On daily basis Field Project Engineer supports site team remotely from the office, collecting information about issues coming from Construction Site and works on them together with Engineering Team to deliver the most accurate resolution. Field Project Engineer visits site on project demand e.g. for pre-installation meeting to agree rules for project execution, during installation or start-up whenever there is a need to accelerate technical resolution.
As a Field Project Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the site team in all queries in disciplines related to Turbomachinery Equipment (Mechanical, Control, System Engineering etc).
- Solving technical queries from the Field Service Engineering pool related to commissioning and site startup activity.
- Coordinating resolutions of service requests and the release of technical documentation in line with installation and commissioning.
- Sharing site lesson learns within Engineering organization
- Coordinating As-Built documentation release.
- Being responsible communication with Customer representatives, together with Installation Manager.
- Being a part of the Red Flag review process to guide and verify installation team activities completion and solve technical issues.
- Managing technical verification of Technical Package for Installation and Commissioning documents.
- Mentoring employees.
- Proactively searching for improvements in current processes.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have previous experience in installation and commissioning.
- Be able to communicate effectively as well as being able to lead small project teams.
- Have good analytical and organizational skills.
- Have knowledge and understanding related to Mechanical Design disciplines.
- Be open to business travels (global destinations).
